Two Separate Pre-Tax Dist Converted to Roth?
Can two separate cash distributions (originally a planned monthly RMD in Feb and Mar) with no withholding from a pretax IRA be contributed to a Roth IRA as conversions as long as they are both within the 60 day limit? I assume the Jan distribution would not qualify for a rollover or conversion unless taking the CRD exemption which would give us three years to put it back.

Yes, the two distributions can be converted as 60 day rollovers, and conversions are not subject to the one rollover per 12 month limitation. You are correct about the January distribution.
