K-1 in IRA

How do tax payers handle their K-1 from ETF’s in their IRA’s?

You ignore them unless Box 20 Code V UBTI is 1000 or more. In that case, their IRA must file Form 990 T and pay the tax and filing fee out of the IRA. Many larger IRA custodians will do the 990 T filing.
