Rollovers

Can you do a 60 day rollover from an IRA (IRA owner is deceased) to and inherited IRA for a non-spouse beneficiary?

No. The account must be retitled and then can only be moved by a direct trustee to trustee transfer to a new inherited IRA account, whether at the same custodian or a new custodian. Any distribution made from the IRA would be taxable and not eligible for rollover.
