Age 50 ROTH IRA contribution in 2021
My client will turn age 50 in June 2021. Can she make her contribution to her ROTH IRA in January 2021 or must she wait until she technically turns 50 on June 12th?

She can make the higher age 50 catch up contribution anytime in 2021, including January.
