I have a prospect who has little to no income and is on Medicaid. She has qualified assets from a QDRO in the amount of 350K and needs to create income. Does anyone know how much she is able to receive monthly in the state of Kentucky to keep her eligibility. She is perfectly healthy and is not in any type of facility and is 60 years old and is not Medicare eligible as of yet.
