Are there Eligible Tax Free withdrawals allowed from an IRA
I seem to remember that Publication 590 somewhere allows for Tax free withdrawals for a very limited list of items.
Does anyone know the details on this (if such exists) ??

If you are referring to otherwise taxable amounts that can be withdrawn and kept without owing taxes, there are none. But perhaps you mean early withdrawals for reasons that avoid the 10% penalty. If so, see the following link.
