IRA

AS i understand i am primary beneficiary of my IRA and my spouse is successor beneficiary. can i designate my adult children to be successsor beneficiary. does my spouse has to agree?

You can’t be a beneficiary of your IRA.  You’ll be dead.
You may name whomever you want.  You may name as many successors as you want.  For example, you could leave your IRA to A if she survives you, or if not then to B, or if neither A nor B survives you then to C, and if A, B and C all predecease you then to D, and so on.
