Hello-

The 5305-SEP says you cannot use it if you have leased employees. My client owns a business in the US. They do pay another business outside the US (of which they are majority owner) for use of labor. All workers are not US residents or citizens and do not work in the US. Would this still be considered an arrangement of leased employees?
