SECURE Act – Ed Slott PDF – Gold
Ed Slott Team, Back in Dec of 2021, there was a PDF called “2021-GOLD-SCURE Act-Beneficiary Chart” that was either emailed or sent out as part of a webinar. I have it printed in my daily references folder, but believe there needs to be some updates based on the recent regs that have been sent out. Do you have an updated one? Thanks.

I cannot locate the PDF, but there is a very good chance that one or more unantipated provisions of the proposed Secure Act Regs released in February will conflict with prior interpretations. The IRS itself has been updating Secure Act guidance issued less than a year ago. Once the final Regs are official late this year, there should be some stability, albeit not much simplicity, and not much real chance of a high degree of compliance.
