Excess SEP IRA contribution
Hi,
Is there an IRS form to request removal of Excess SEP IRA contribution?
Brokerage firm is asking for this which I thought they should provide so client can withdraw the excess contribution plus earnings.

There is no IRS Form. If the custodian does not have their own form, the return of excess must be requested in writing or by phone if the custodian allows it.

Thank you very much. That’s what I thought.Custodian keeps on asking for IRS form.
