Solo 401(k) Cycle 3 Retirement Plan Restatement
My client missed the deadline to restate her Solo 401(k) plan as of July 31,2022. She is the only participant. I wanted to see if she needs to report anything to the IRS? What would you recommend as the best course of action for the client?
