IRA Beneficiary is DAF
Have a client who passed this year. He was of RMD age but had not taken the current year RMD. He had named a Donor Advised Fund as the beneficiary of the account. How is the current year RMD handled?

The total distribution to the DAF will satisfy the year of death RMD if done this year.
