Rollover limit for recent widow
A widow received two 401(k)s from her deceased husband in 2022 and rolled them via direct transfer into her IRA. Does she have a problem (exceeding the one rollover limit) and, if so, what are the repercussions and is there anything she can do to resolve it?

Not a problem. The one rollover limit only applies to 60 day rollovers between like kind IRA accounts and these distributions came from a 401k. Further, they were done by direct rollover, not a distribution payable to the widow.
