Hello,

ERISA based plans required ERISA/Fidelity Bonds. Do SIMPLE and SEP plans require Fidelity Bonds?

My thought is no because they are no governed by ERISA and participants direct all the investments in those accounts themselves, but there seems to be conflicting opinions.
