Inherited Roth IRA RMD

Can someone please clarify the Inherited Roth IRA RMD rules for a non-spouse beneficiary? The original depositor passed in 2022 and was 80 years of age when passing.

Assuming that the beneficiary is subject to the 10 year rule (is not an EDB), then they will have to drain the inherited Roth by 2032, but will NOT have to take any annual RMDs in years 1-9. Roth owners all pass prior to RBD because a Roth has no RBD. If the beneficiary is an EDB (eg a sibling not more than 10 years younger), then annual RMDs will be required but no 10 year rule. The beneficiary will also have to determine what year the owner first contributed if it was after 2018 since the inherited Roth is not qualified until 5 years has passed from the year of the first contribution.
