403b for ministers
Can you rollover a 403b from a retirement plan at the minister’s church when he retires to another 403b outside of the church and he can still keep the housing allowance rule?

Another gray area if the new 403b is not sponsored by a church. If it is sponsored by a church, there should be no problem but if not claiming the allowance is aggressive. Certainly, any IRA or 401k distributions would not be eligible for the allowance.
