Form 5500-EZ
I’ve pretty much cleared out my pre-tax Solo 401K Trust, transferring most of the balance to my SD Roth IRA. In the past 10 years I’ve filed a 5500-EZ. Now, as I read the law, since I have less than $250,000 in the Solo, I no longer file a 5500-EZ. So, do I just leave it alone? Nothing more to do?
Thanks!

You do not need to file the 5500 EZ for years in which the ending balance is under 250k, except that you must file a final 5500 EZ for the year in which the plan balance reaches 0. Do not forget the final 5500 EZ.
