Guidant and/or CheckBook IRA for SDIRA/LLC?
Do any of you have any good or bad experiences with either Guidant Financial Group (guidantfinancial.com) or Check Book IRA (checkbookira.com) setting up Self Directed IRA/LLC?
Do you have any other recommendations for a company that can set up the SDIRA account, as well as provide guidance in the proper setup of the LLC that the SDIRA will own?

I am living in Ecuador and I have the same question as Jeff Babers. Can I do this from here in Ecuador and purchase property outside the US…for example here in Ecuador.
