Hi, Al. Wondered where you went to.
I cannot find any sign of further progress on this since the bills were introduced in the first week of August. Perhaps sidetracked by mortgage issues????

I am not in a position to comment, however hopefully SOMEONE will suggest the non-spouse direct rollover rules be also applied to spouses, since some plan administrators refuse to follow the PLRs (beneficial to those under age 59.5).
