Single Person 401k – Ownership Issues
I have clients that are interested in establishing a Solo K. They operate as a 50/50 partnership and have no other employees. These partners are also part owners of an S-Corp. Combined they own about 60% of the S-Corp. The S-Corp DOES have non-owner employees.
My question is: Will ownership attribution rules prohibit the partnership from establishing a Solo K?
Thanks in advance
