Non-spouse beneficiary rollover from company plans
Beginning Jan 1, 2008, company plans must begin allowing non-spouse beneficiaries to do rollovers. Does this mean only NEW plans must begin doing this or all plans must do a revision??????

All plans, effective with plan years starting 1/1/08 and later.

They must start allowing it 1-1-08, however I believe the actual plan dfocument does not have to be amended until 1-1-09.
