Keogh Plan into a SEP
Is it okay to roll a Keogh Plan directly into a SEP or does it need to be rolled into a rollover IRA first and then into the SEP? Thanks.

It can be rolled directly into the SEP IRA.
Technically, a Keogh is a qualified plan established for a self-employed individual, so you are safe applying the qualified plan rollover rules.
