Can SIMPLE, SEP and traditional IRAs be aggreagted for RMD purposes or must they be considered separately as 401k and IRA accounts must be?

Yes, they can be aggregated if owned.
If inherited they can only be aggregated if inherited from the same decedent and life expectancy is elected.
