A prospect had come into my office disgruntled about a 403b she is no longer contributing to. Can anything be done with it? With the new rulings regarding 90-24 transfers, I didn’t think so, but I wanted to make sure. Can he move to one she is currently contributing to at her work, move it somewhere else, or is she stuck?, Please advise, Thanks
