a 403b rollover to IRA

Last month (after retiring) I rolled my 403b funds into an IRA (within the same institution – FIDELITY). Now I would like to do a trustee to trustee transfer into another institution and am not sure whether I am limited to the once in a 12 month period rule (as applies to IRA rollovers). The last thing I want to do is get stuck with taxes on the amount I would transfer. Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you.

You can transfer your IRA to another Financial institution at anytime for two reasons:

—-A rollover from a 403(b) to an IRA is not subject to the once per 12-month rule. This rule applies only to IRA to IRA rollovers
—-The 12-month rule does not apply to [url=http://www.retirementdictionary.com/Transfer.htm%5Dtrustee-to-trustee transfers[/url].
