403b account to an IRA?
Rep from Valic AIG encouraged me to take my annuity and roll over to an IRA. Would the traditional IRA or Roth IRA be a better choice? I do meet the requirements for a Roth.
Also, is a place like Fidelity a better choice than staying with Valic AIG or just roll over to any bank?
Really a novice about these things and any advice appreciated.

If very large, why not talk to a Financial Advisor. Many will give an initial brief consultation for a low or no fee. Depending on the bank, you may or not get the advice you are looking for.
