Actuarial Present Value included in IRA Conversions?
What is the requirement, if any, to include any Acturial Present Value in converting an IRA holding an annuity to a Roth IRA?

The owner is required the FMV of the TIRA, which may include the Actuarial Present value of additional living and death benefits. One would need to get that value from the carrier. Only about 10% fall outside the de minimus safe harbor.
