My RIA is looking for an IRA custodian for a non-leveraged, long only fund that is managed from China and incorporated in the Cayman Islands. It is administered by Fortis and audited by PWC.

Any suggestions? Fidelity Institutional Welath Services and Pershing Advisory Services said no. Merrill Lynch does it, but that doesn’t help an independent RIA too much.
