There is no change in the limits from 2008, and therefore the IRA limits are not mentioned in IRS bulletins such as the following:

Note, however that the maximum income limits DO show up since they did receive an inflation adjustment.
FYI, the Roth contribution limit is 5,000 for 2008 and 2009 plus a catchup contribution of 1,000 for ages 50 and up.
This will be included in the 2008 edition of Pub 590 when it is released.
