IRA beneficiary is trust
The primary beneficiary of a husband’s IRA is his trust.
There is no contingent beneficiary.
Husband died.
Wife is survivor.
Is there any way for the wife to do a spousal rollover via the trust or via probate if trust disclaims?

Depending upon the terms of the trust, it’s often possible for the spouse to do a rollover. See my article on this subject in the October 1997 issue of Estate Planning: http://www.kkwc.com/docs/AR20050125164755.pdf I recently got a ruling allowing such a rollover.
