RMD -with spouse as 75% beneficiary
We have a client who will be starting to take their RMD in 2010. The spouse is the primary beneficiary at 75%. Would we still use the uniform Life table to calculate the RMD?

The Uniform Lifetime Table is used unless the spouse is the sole beneficiary and more than 10 years younger than the IRA owner. In which case you could use the Joint and Last Survivor Table.
So it sounds like in your case the client (if the original IRA owner) would use the ULT.
