two plans for one client
Hi have a client that is an attorney and fully funds his retirement plan. He is now employed by the hospital as well and wants to know if he can fund the 403b plan as well. Does anyone know? Thank you

He could uase salary deferral into the 403(b) regardless of his own plan as an attorney. He cannot however, exceed the the deferral limits wich is currently $16,500 plus an additional $5,500 for age 50 or older.
