Defined Benefit Plan conversion to Roth?
Does a self-directed Defined Benefit Pension plan qualify for conversion to a
Roth IRA under the 2010-11 conversion rules ?
And if not, can it be done in a two step, defined benefit converted to
traditional IRA, traditional IRA then converted to Roth?
Thanks.

Either way, as long as the employee is eligible for distributions.

I think I may have stated my question incorrectly.
I have a defined benefit plan for my business that is solely for myself, no employees.
Can the entire plan be terminated or converted to a Roth IRA?

Yes, you can convert the distributions from a DB. You will have to check with the third party administrator (TPA) handling the plan to see when distributions are allowed and / or how to terminate the plan.
