IRA contributions
If a client puts 10,000 into his 401k at work can he still contribute to a traditional IRA or a Roth?

Client may have income too high for regular Roth contributions or deductible TIRA contributions, although there is no longer an income limit to convert to a Roth IRA. Client could also make a non deductible TIRA contribution and then convert it to a Roth.
