RMDs if 403b if working past 70 1/2??
If an employee is still working past age 70 1/2, must he take RMDs from his 403b?
What if he is still working but not actively contributing to the 403b?
Thanks.

No RMDs are required while employee is still working. It does not matter whether employee is contributing or not.
