Conversion/Rollover rules timeline

I was interested, if someone had a source that reviews all the recent rule changes with respect to rollovers (Inherited 401Ks), conversions, etc. Something like a timeline summary worksheet (if that exists). I am trying give myself a refresher of all the important changes in the last 5 years.

This isn’t exactly what you asked for, but it may help in getting part way there. On this site, there are several charts and other detailed summaries on a host of retirement plan information. For example, if you scroll down to the PPA charts, you can see how various provisions were clarified after the Act passed in 2006. It may be of some help, and I do not know of anything better.
