MAGI towards a ROTH
Does my conversions of my TIRAs to RIRAs add to my MAGI so if I get close to 166,000, married filing jointly, I don’t get the full benefit of the 6,000, being over age 50?

No. Conversions are subtracted from basic AGI in determining MAGI. But also note that there are other items that get added to AGI such as a TIRA deduction, foreign earned income etc.
