Sorry, still not passed. And for the first time all year, the odds of it being extended appear to have fallen below 50%. The amount of more critical tax issues that must be addressed prior to year end is almost unprecedented, and re election campaigns will be using up much of the time prior to the election. After that you have a lame duck session whose priorities may be affected by the election result. If anything positive develops, am sure it will be posted here.
