company has simple IRA but they are starting a new company
Hello,
there is a company that is offereing simple IRA to their employees but they are in process of establishing a new company. they are wondering if they can offer new employees the same simple IRA plan already in existance or do they have to start a new simple IRA?

The new company should be able to adopt the simple plan of the existing company. If they do not, the benefits and access to the plan must be the same with a related company.
