Does anyone have the current Horace Mann 403b Dist. Form? I have a client that has been requesting the form for his account but Horace Mann has not sent it to him. ( I believe they are waiting for the local rep to make contact and talk him out of “Rolling over” his 403b account) Thanks for your help!
