JTWROS moved to Rev. Trust – carryover loss

We have clients that held a JTWROS account with about $200k in carry over losses.
They moved their account balance from the JTWROS to a Revocable Trust account.

Can they use the carry over losses from the JTWROS to help mitigate gains in the Revocable Trust?
