I have a Traditional IRA account and contributed last year 2011. I have everything setup and i transfered my IRA money (nearly $10000) to an Asset Management company for purchasing gold. It’s has been more than 3 months the company is unable to delivery me gold. i could neither get gold nor get my refund from that company. I do not know how to deal with it. Can i close my IRA so that the asset mgmt company would return back the money. do i need to proceed with legal options. what are all my options. please advice.
