I am retired on disability and turning 59 in August. After seeing what happened to both an aunt and uncle who needed full time care I believe that i now need to change my living will inta a trust as i have a rental property that I own and would like to protect for my daughters future. I am looking for for a planner and would appreciate any feedback as to anything that should be included in the trust that helps with the newest laws. Thank you Sal
