Roth 60 day rollover?
does the roth ira have the same rollover provisions as the trad ira…
a. close out a roth ira and have them send a check to the client (only way out) and then the client opens up a roth ira with in the 60 day limit?
b. is this okay whether your under or over 59 1/2?

Yes, a Roth rollover is subject to the same rules as a TIRA rollover with respect to the 60 day deadline and the one rollover rule for 12 months. Age is also not a factor.
