Who can I use as an intermediary on a ROTH IRA real estate transaction?

Real estate contract has been written in the ROTH IRA name three days ago. First deposit was made from my personal account. Is there any problem that I have used a personal check? It is my intent that the entire transaction be handled as a ROTH IRA real estate purchase.

Any thoughts on Broad Financial (Jay Goldblatt). Also, IRA Services?
