Roth contribution for U.S. citizen living abroad
Client is a U.S. citizen living in the United Kingdom. Does not pay tax on foreign earned income due to foreign earned income exclusion. Can he still make a Roth IRa contribtuion based on foreign earned income?
Thank you,

If the exclusion covers all his earned income, he cannot make an IRA contribution.
