1 Rollover rule and IRA/SEP IRA Roth conversion
If we convert a SEP IRA and a non-deductible regular IRA to a Roth IRA around the same time, do those count as IRA rollovers towards the 1 rollover/year rule?
Does a rollover from a Roth 401k to a Roth IRA (new custodian) count against that rule? We received a 1099R for the Roth 401k distribution and a 5498 showing rollover contribution of that amount to the Roth IRA.

None of these transactions count against the one rollover restriction. The restriction only applies to IRA to IRA rollovers where an IRA is both the distributing and the receiving account, and the restriction also does not apply to Roth conversions.
