Roth withdraw ordering
If someone has 2 Roth’s: one all contributory and one all conversion, and knowing the ordering rules state original comes out first, then Roth; are they required to tap the contributory account first, or can they distribute from the conversion account first if they choose?

Yes, they can take the distributions from either account because the first dollars distributed are deemed to come from regular contributions regardless of which account received the contributions. This is all handled by properly completing Form 8606.
