Roth Eligability for Husband and Wife

Husband age 72 still working wants to contribute to Roth IRA. Below income limits.

Wife age 69 not working wants to contribute to a Roth IRA.

Are they both eligible?

Yes. The non working spouse can make a spousal contribution using the earned income of husband if they file jointly. Earned income must be at least as much as the total contributions made for both spouses.
