Inherited IRA
Husband died. Wife was under 59 1/2 at the time and knew she would need to withdraw from the IRA so she setup an inherited IRA. She is now over 59 1/2. Can she roll the inherited IRA into her own IRA?

Yes, she can do this anytime. If she had to take RMDs from the inherited IRA, her RMDs would stop in the year she rolls it over and start up again when she reaches 70.5.
